74-year-old male presents with lifestyle-limiting claudication (Rutherford Grade II Category 3). with significant stenosis of multiple arteries and PAD with CTO of anterior tibial artery and CTO of left mid and proximal SFA.
Pmhx: Cardiac Cath on January 19, 2024 revealed 3 V CAD: (mid LAD CTO with in-stent restenosis, RCA, LCx), NIDDM, Hyperlipidemia, Ex-smoker.
Medication History: Mounjaro, Aspirin, Norvasc, Lipitor, Januvia
Intervention of complex SFA CTO.
