Case and Plan:
82 year-old gentleman referred for bilateral lifestyle-limiting claudication (R>L) with < 1 block of activity, without wounds/sores (Rutherford Grade II, Category 3).
PMHx: HTN, HLD, NIDDMII, permanent afib on AC, PVD s/p bilateral GSV radiofrequency ablations
Social Hx: Former smoker
Medications: ASA 81 mg, Eliquis 5 mg, Amlodipine 10 mg, HCTZ 25 mg, Famotidine 40 mg, Glipizide ER 5mg
