Case and Plan:
The patient is a 79 Male with hypertension, non-insulin dependent diabetes, dyslipidemia and coronary artery disease (status post CABG), who presents with lower extremity claudication (Rutherford 4) that has progressed to pain at rest. He has failed exercised and medical therapy. Non-Invasive imaging done shows occluded popliteal artery. Now referred for angiography and possible intervention of the popliteal artery.
