Endovascular Management of Large Popliteal Aneurysm – October 2021

Case and Plan:

64-year-old man with HTN, HLD, CKD known abdominal aortic and iliac aneurysms presents with pulsatile masses behind bilateral knees, found to have bilateral popliteal and and superficial femoral artery aneurysms with large clot burden. After heart team discussion with patient, planned for endovascular management of femoropopliteal aneurysmal disease.
