Case and Plan:
63-year-old male with a PMHx significant for CAD s/p CABG with subsequent multiple PCIs, DMII, HTN, HLD, Afib on AC, CHF, MVR, PAD s/p stents at OSH with subsequent right toe amputations presents with non-healing wounds underwent successful right lower extremity intervention with wound healing now here for staged complex multilevel intervention of the left lower extremity.
