73– year old female with past medical history of CAD HTN/HCP, PAD, CAD S/P ICS. Patient presents with increasingly serum creatinine and difficult to control hypertension over the last 6 months. Patient had USG which revealed high grade left renal artery stenosis. Plan is left renal artery intervention.
