Atherectomy Right SFA – Oct 2012

78 yr old with hx of DM, HTN, HLP, 20 yr hx of smoking presenting with Fontaine IIB claudication. Resting ABI normal. Exercise ABI 2min 5sec with drop in ABI to .6 on the right .4 on left. Underwent PTA and stent of CTO left SFA. Worsening claudication right calf. Plan: Atherectomy right SFA.
