Complex PCI of LAD using Rotablator and LCx Bifurcation Stenting – Sept 2010

Case: A 72-year-old man presents with Canadian Cardiovascular Society class II angina and high-risk multivessel ischemia on stress myocardial perfusion imaging study. Catheterization revealed 3 vessel coronary artery disease, normal LV function, and a SYNTAX score of 26. S/P PCI of subtotal RCA on 8/6/10. Now admitted for complex PCI of calcific proximal LAD (using Rotablator®) and circumflex (bifurcatiuon stenting).
