PCI of Calcified LM Bifurcation, LAD and LCx Lesions – Sun Pharma October 2021

Case & Plan:
75-year-old female presented with CCS Class III angina and positive SPECT MPI. A Cardiac Cath revealed 3 V + LM CAD: 80% distal left main, 90% proximal LCx, 80% LCx-LPL1, 80% distal LAD, SYNTAX Score of 30 and normal LV function. Patient underwent successful DES PCI of proximal RCA. Patient is now planned for staged PCI of calcified distal LM bifurcation and additional LAD & LCx lesions.
