Case: 46 year-old male with class II angina and calcific chronic total occlusion (CTO) of mid LAD and significant anterior wall ischemia. LVEF 55%.
Plan: LAD CTO recanilization antegradely or retrogradely using contralateral injection approach and venture catheter.
