Complex PCI of sub-total mid LAD, Diagonal Bifurcation Lesion and PCI of Distal LCx – Jan 2011

Case: 64-year old male presented with NSTEMI on November 2, 2010 and cath revealed 3V CAD and mild LV dysfunction. Patient underwent successful PCI of Complex RCA using two BMS. Now planned for complex PCI of sub-total mid LAD and Diagonal Bifurcation Lesion (Medina 1,1,0) for moderate-severe anterior wall ischemia and PCI of distal circumflex.
