Case: 88 year-old male with 80% calcific unprotected distal Left Main (ULM) lesion with LVEF of 35%.
Plan: Complex Coronary Intervention using Rotational Atherectomy followed by ‘Simultaneous Kissing Stent (SKS)’ technique with IABP assistance.
