19-year old male patient with history of right renal fibro muscular dysplasia (FMD) S/P PTA of right renal artery on 2009 and uncontrolled BP on 3 anti-HTN meds who recently had renal duplex showing (PSV 425 cm/sec., EDV 194 cm/sec.) on right renal artery associated with turbulence and tortuosity consistent with FMD. Patient comes for IVUS and pressure wire guided percutaneous intervention of right renal FMD.
