Percutaneous Intervention of Proximal Left-Subclavian Artery – March 2012

66 year old female with history of CAD status/post CABG x3, including LIMA to LAD who presents with CCSC III angina, and moderate ischemia in the anterior wall. Left-subclavian angiogram showed 80% proximal stenosis with 100 mm MG pressure gradient. Patient is scheduled for percutaneous intervention of the proximal left-subclavian artery.
