CTO of the prox L-Tibio-Peroneal trunk and Anterior Tibialis Artery – Aug 2012

69 year old male patient with PMH of HLP, HTN, DM-2, PAD with multiple percutaneous interventions in the past presented 2 weeks ago with bilateral CLI ( ischemic ulcer at the dorsum of the R-foot and resting pain with recent skin graft to the L-foot ). She underwent successful PTA to R-Peroneal artery which supplied robust collaterals to the R-DP and PT. Angiogram also showed CTO of the proximal L-Tibio-Peroneal trunk and Anterior Tibialis artery.
