Demographics: 66-year-old male
Presentation: CCC Class III angina, positive SPECT-MPI
CAD Risk Factor: Hypertension, Hyperlipidemia, IDDM, ESRD on Dialysis, Ex-Smoker, Prior liver transplant
Coronary Angiography: 80-90% moderately calcified mid-LAD and 70-80% distal LAD lesions. EF 57%. SYNTAX Score 14.
Plan: OCT-guided PCI for the long LAD lesion
