Endovascular Case – November 2018

69 year old male with h/o DM, HTN, HLD, active smoker (1 ppd), with non healing left diabetic foot ulcer, s/p recent intervention of the LSFA ISR and left TMA. He presents for intervention of the distal touch down of the right Fem-tibial bypass graft (SVG). Left CFA access, 6 fr up and over sheath and PTA/DCB. On Plavix and Xeralto. Close U/S and clinical surveillance post intervention.
