Case and Plan:
66-year-old male with past medical history of HTN, HLD, non-insulin dependent diabetes, now presents with lifestyle limiting claudication in right lower extremity. Prior diagnostic angiogram revealed proximal to distal SFA CTO with reconstitution at proximal popliteal, mid to distal popliteal artery CTO with reconstitution at trifurcation. Plan for both antegrade crossover and transpedal retrograde approach.
