Cae and Plan:
85-year-old female referred for lifestyle limiting claudication progressive to ischemic rest pain (R>L) with <1 block of activity (Rutherford Grade II, Category 4).
PMHx: PAD s/p multiple interventions (recent left SFA & Popliteal), DM, HTN, HLD, CAD
Social Hx: Never smoker
Medications: Aspirin, Plavix, Lipitor, Amlodipine, Lisinopril, Jardiance & Insulin
