Percutaneous Intervention of L-SFA – May 2012

73-year old male with history of sick sinus syndrome S/P PPM, PAD bilateral SFA stent who returns with recurring L-calf claudication with ambulating less than 200 meters. Peripheral angiogram revealed severe L-SFA, In-stent restonis/occlusion. Patient is scheduled for percutaneous intervention of L-SFA.
