Management of Calcified Iliofemoral PAD with CLI and Chronic Kidney Disease – June 2021

Case and Plan:
58 year old male with Type 2 Diabetes, CAD s/p PCI in 2016, HTN, HLD, CKD Stage 3 (baseline creatinine 1.8) presenting with non-healing LLE arterial ulcers with dry gangrene and associated ischemic rest pain. Peripheral angiogram suggestive of severe calcified ilio-femoral multilevel disease in the left lower extremity.
