63-year-old male presented with CCS Class II angina and positive SPECT MPI for inferolateral ischemia. A Cardiac Cath November 5, 2021 revealed 2 V CAD: 80% calcified tortuous proximal RCA, 95% distal RCA, subtotal occlusion LCx-LPL1, SYNTAX Score of 22 and LVEF = 55%. Patient underwent successful intervention of LCx-LPL1 using Promus DES. Patient is now planned for imaging guided staged PCI of calcified tortuous multiple lesions of RCA.
