Case & Plan: 64 year old presented with new onset CCS class I angina and CTA revealing LM and RCA lesions.No prior CAD history or symptoms. LVEF 60% by echo. Cardiac cath on June 7th 2022 revealed 80% dLM bifurcation with non-obstructive RCA, Syntax score 22 and LVEF 60%. Planned for OCT guided PCI of distal LM bifurcation lesion using single-stent crossover technique
