Case & Plan:
66-year-old male with CCS Class II angina with positive SPECT MPI. A Cardiac Cath on December 2, 2021 revealed calcified 3 V + LM CAD: 95% RCA, 70% distal LM, heavily calcified 90% prox and mid LAD, 80% LAD D2, 60% LCx OM1 with SYNTAX Score of 38 and EF 55%. After Heart Team discussion, patient underwent successful Rota DES of mid RCA. Patient is now planned for imaging guided complex PCI of calcified LM/LAD using rotational atherectomy and DES.
