Case and Plan:
42-year old male with CCS Class II angina and coronary CTA revealing 3 V soft coronary plaques. A Cardiac Cath on February 25, 2022 revealed 3 V CAD: 90% RCA-AV Continuation, 90% LAD-D1, multiple 80% mid LAD, 95% LCx-OM2 bifurcation with normal LV function and SYNTAX Score of 22. Patient underwent successful interventions of RCA-AV Continuation and LCx-OM2 using two Promus Elite DES. Patient is now planned for staged PCI of FFR guided intervention of multiple LAD/Diagonal lesions.
