Live Relay: Mediquest – February 2023

Case & Plan:
79-year-old male with severe Class IV angina with EKG changes and negative TnI. A Cardiac Cath on February 9, 2023 revealed 3 V CAD: multiple 70-80% calcified anterior takeoff RCA lesions with distal bifurcation, 80% proximal LAD, 90% proximal LCx with SYNTAX Score of 22 and LVEF = 50%. Patient underwent successful intervention of proximal LAD and proximal LCx using two Promus Elite DES. Patient is now planned for PCI of multiple lesions with bifurcation in anterior takeoff RCA.
