Case & Plan:
Cardiac cath on April 28th 2022 revealed severely calcified 3V+LM CAD: 70%dLM bifurcation (1,1,1), 80% pLAD, 60% D2, 90% ulcerated pLCx, multiple thrombotic calcified lesions in RCA, LVEF 55% and Syntax score 41. After heart team discussion PCI was opted and pt underwent RotaDES of RCA next day. Then did well and discharged home. Now planned for OCT guided staged PCI of dLM bifurcation lesions.
