Case and Plan:
A 78 year old male with CAD risk factors. Presented with new-onset CCS class III angina with high-risk stress MPI for MV ischemia. Controlled hypertension, controlled DM SAQ-7 score of 22. Echo revealed EF 60% and stress MPI revealed a large area of anterior and inferior wall ischemia with TID. PT was sent to ER at OSH with negative Tnl and transferred for further care. Medication: Asprin, Ramipril, Metoprolol, Glucophage, ISMN
