Percutaneous Intervention of Distal Aorta – July 2013

65 year old female with past medical history of CAD, S/P PCI, HTN, HLP, who presented walking 1 block buttock claudication. Peripheral angiogram showed moderate to severe distal aortic stenosis with a 40 mm Hg gradient across lesion.

Plan: Percutaneous intervention of distal aorta.
