80 year old male with a history of diabetes, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, PVD s/p DA and DCB of right SFA in the past. Patient presents with right lower extremity rest pain for the last 2 weeks (Rutherford Grade II; Category 4; Fontaine Stage III). No ischemic ulcers noted.
