HPI: 43-year-old female patient came in with complaints of severe left foot pain at rest, non-healing ulcer on the lateral plantar surface of the foot (Rutherford class III category 5)

Medications: Aspirin, Labetalol, Crestor, Furosemide, Plavix, Insulin glargine, Imdur, Lisinopril
Social History: non-smoker, no alcohol use of IVDA
