Case and Plan:

52-year-old pre-menopausal female with a past medical history of prior tobacco use, nodular vasculitis and recurrent CCS Class II anginal symptoms. Exercise treadmill stress test was negative and Cardiac CT angiogram showed non-obstructive CAD and a coronary calcium score 1 (92nd percentile). Plan to proceed with comprehensive invasive Coronary Function Testing for further evaluation of Angina with Non-obstructive Coronary Artery Disease (ANOCA).
