61-year-old female presents for IVC filter removal
PMHx: Primary HTN, Iron Deficiency Anemia due to Chronic Blood Loss requiring blood transfusions (Hb of 3.7), DVT/PE, Varicose veins (CEAP C3)
Social Hx: Never smoker
Medications: Apixaban, Losartan, Hydrochlorothiazide, Metoprolol XL, Ferrous Sulfate, Pantoprazole
