86 year old female patient with HTN, HLD, NIDDM, Afib under NOAC, CAD s/p PCI and PAD, complex SFA CTO and BTK disease with reconstitution at the level of A. dorsalis pedis. She underwent intervention of the SFA CTO with direct SFA access with direct SFA access.

which guidewire did you use to pass the anterior tibial artery ?
pedal retrograde and antegrade
