Case and Plan:
78-year-old male referred for lifestyle limiting claudication progressive to Ischemic rest pain (R>L) with <1 block of activity (Rutherford Grade II, Category 4).
PMHx: DM, HTN, HLD, CKD
Social Hx: Never smoker
Medications: Glucophage, Hydrochlorothiazide, Amlodipine, Zocor
ABI: Exercise not done – Right=0.42; Left=1.08
Duplex Ultrasound: Iliac – 50-99%; Tibial – Total Occlusion
Plan: Hybrid Endovascular Intervention
