60 y/o male pt. with hx. of SSS S/P PPM, HTN who had a remote TIA followed by a recent CVA s/p thrombolysis with full neurologic recovery. Pt. had TEE with agitated saline contrast study showing PFO with large shunt and atrial septal aneurysm. Plan: PFO Closure
