Duplex: • No detectable flow in the left commoniliac artery, consistent with occlusion. • Distal reconstitution of the external iliac artery via collateral flow. • Dampened monophasic waveforms throughout the left EIA/CFAand downstream vessels, consistent with significant aortoiliac inflow disease.
