Coronary Function Testing (CFT) for Patient with Persistent Chest Pain after Coronary Stent – July 2025

Case & Plan:
57-year-old female with diabetes, HTN, dyslipidemia and sleep apnea with known CAD and prior FFR guided PCI to proximal LAD. Has persistent chest pain syndrome despite LAD PCI and recent cardiac cath showing a widely patent LAD stent. Plan for comprehensive Coronary Function Testing for evaluation of persistent angina with non-obstructive CAD.
