Case and Plan:
67-year-old female with 2 prior Covid infections now with persistent chest pain. Work up shows an abnormal stress MPI with ischemia and CCTA with normal coronaries. Plan for invasive Comprehensive Coronary Function Testing to evaluate for causes of persistent angina with non-obstructive coronary artery disease (ANOCA).
