Case and Plan:
87-year-old male presented with known CAD and severe CCS Class II angina. A Cardiac Cath on April 7, 2026 revealed calcified 2 V + LM CAD: 60-70% distal LM trifurcation, 90-95% LCx-LPL1 with SYNTAX Score of 35 and LVEF 60%. Patient underwent heart team discussion and CABG was declined. Patient is now planned for imaging guided PCI of LM/LAD/LCx trifurcation using RotaTripsy and MiniCrush technique.
