66 year-old gentleman referred for lifestyle-limiting claudication progressive to ischemic rest pain (R>L) with < 1 block of activity (Rutherford Grade II, Category 4). PMHx: PAD s/p multiple interventions (recent left SFA and ATA), HTN, HLDSocial Hx: Current smokerMedications: Aspirin, Plavix, Rosuvastatin, Protonix, Losartan, Toprol XL
