Complex PCI of Calcific RCA and LAD/D2 Bifurcation via Radial Approach – March 2011

Case: 68-year old diabetic male with extensive peripheral vascular disease, underwent cardiac cath which revealed extensive 3 vessel CAD (Syntax Score 19) and normal LV function. Patient underwent PCI of circumflex (Proximal and OM1) using Xience V DES. Now planned for complex high-risk PCI of calcific RCA (prox, mid, distal) and calcific LAD/D2 bifurcation (Medina 0,1,1) lesions via Radial Approach.
