Case and Plan:
62-year-old male with dyslipidemia, elevated Lp(a) and premature family history of CAD presenting with acute onset of nocturnal chest pain, diaphoresis & nausea. EMS ECG with inferior ST-elevation and an emergent cardiac cath showing non-obstructive CAD but with mid LAD myocardial bridge. Now referred for invasive Coronary Function Testing.
