Case and Plan:
51-year-old male with hypertension and dyslipidemia now presenting with more frequent episodes of chest tightness on exertion prompting 5 ED visits in the past 4 months, escalation of antianginal therapies and repeated invasive and non-invasive testing without identifiable cause or improvement of symptoms. Last LHC showing proximal LAD coronary aneurysm. Referred for invasive Coronary Function Testing.
