84yrs, Female. Presented on 4/1/2025 with progressive dyspnea and acute HFpEF. HS-Tn normal. DSE revealed moderate RWMA; lateral & apical segments.
Controlled Hypertension, Uncontrolled NIDDM, Uncontrolled Lipids, ESRD on HD,
SAQ-7 score: 70, Frailty: mild
LDL 72; CRP NA; SCr 6.9; HgA1C 8.6
Plan: Now planned for high risk PCI or LM bifurcation lesion using IVUS and then decision about
ROta +/- IVL & 1 or 2 stent approach
