Clinical Variables
Known case of progressive severe AS (MG/PG/PV/AVA: 65/42/4.5/0.6), EF 48%, no MR,
mild pulm HTn
Cath: Cath on June 13th 2025 revealed 2 V+LM bifurcation CAD, Syntax score 48. CT surgery consut done and declined due to advanced age.
