History of Present Illness:
ID: 70 year-old-woman that initially presented with right lower extremity claudication. She was recommended a supervised exercise program but unfortunately was lost to follow up. When she re-established, the patient complained of lifestyle limiting claudication that had progressed to ischemic rest pain (Rutherford
Classification Grade II, Category 4).
PMHx:
HTN, HLD, DMII, NICM LVEF 30%, COPD on 4L NC, CKD 3b, Colon Cancer in remission
PSHx: Left External Iliac Artery Stent
Social Hx:
Former smoker

Clopidogrel, Xarelto, Zetia, Rosuvastatin, Sacubitril-Valsartan, Metoprolol, Spironolactone,
Empagliflozin
