Case and Plan:

87-year-old female presents with history of intermittent episodes of dizziness and lightheadedness. She denies falls, collapse, syncope, chest pain, palpitations. Her BP in her left arm is consistantly lower than her right arm – as noted in her BP readings (difference of around ~35 mmhg).
PMHx: HTN, HLD, Osteoporosis, Basal Cell Carcinoma.
Social Hx: Never smoker
Medications: Atorvastatin, Aspirin and denosumab
