Presentation: Positive stress MPI pre-op for hernia surgery 3 months ago, CCS Class II angina on medical therapy
Coronary Angiography: 1 V CAD, moderately calcified 70% prox and 80% distal RCA lesions; EF 60%
CAD Risk Factor: HTN, Hyperlipidemia, Smoker
