Case and Plan:
65-year-old female with hypertension, dyslipidemia with persistent exertional mid sternal chest pains. Work up with a nuclear stress test showing normal MPI but with (+) ETT. CCTA with non-obstructive CAD. Started on Toprol and changed to Cardizem without improvement in symptoms. Plan for LHC with invasive Coronary Function Testing.
